Beautification

As the homeowners can see, we installed a beautiful new fence at the back entrance. We have also cleaned up two properties by the mail boxes. We the board, are trying to keep this community looking it's best and these are just some examples of where your dues are being spent. We hope you enjoy the improvements and we will continue to do what is necessary to improve the Preserve.

NO SOLICITING

Our community is a "No Soliciting" community. We have signs to this effect at the front and back entrances. If anyone comes to your door to solicit for any product, please call the police at 409-2200 and report them. The police will give them a warning. We do make exceptions for school kids in our community, selling goods for their schools. We recently had an incident where a mother put her purse down in the garage to put the kids in the house and her purse was taken. That day there were people solciting in the community.
