Notice
Restricted activity in the nature preserve has been reported (the wooded area behind portions of Canopy and Dryden). Children have reportedly been seen constructing a platform with plywood in the trees within the preserve. Please be advised that this activity is not allowed per paragraph 4.7 of the HOA covenants and must cease to continue. If continued, a warning letter will go out to the responsible homeowner(s) and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Committee will be contacted for further resolution.
Help Wanted
The HOA needs you! We are looking for a couple of residents who would be willing to serve on the grievance committee. Your responsibilites would be to ensure the compliance with the PLW Covenants and Restrictions of PLW by all residents, property owners and contractors. Beautification
As the homeowners can see, we installed a beautiful new fence at the back entrance. We have also cleaned up two properties by the mail boxes. We the board, are trying to keep this community looking it's best and these are just some examples of where your dues are being spent. We hope you enjoy the improvements and we will continue to do what is necessary to improve the Preserve.
